La base normativa dei Fondi Strutturali 2021-2027: pubblicati i primi Atti delegati della Commissione
Il 5 Luglio scorso sono state rilasciate dalla Commissione tre importanti Decisioni di esecuzione che iniziano a chiarire meglio l’architettura della politica di coesione 2021-2027 e la distribuzione delle risorse fra Stati Membri e Regioni.

L’approvazione del bilancio delle associazioni nel terribile 2020
Il post indica alcuni step di buon senso per la corretta approvazione dei bilanci delle associazioni non riconosciute nel 2020, in quanto in questo periodo per quasi tutte le associazioni sarà impossibile rispettare il termine di convocazione delle assemblee fissato al 30 aprile. Le misure di distanziamento sociale per fronteggiare l’epidemia in corso, infatti, vietano gli assembramenti e non tutte le associazioni hanno tecnicamente la possibilità di tenere l’assemblea ordinaria di approvazione del bilancio in modalità telematica.

L’Associazione Centro Studi Funds for Reforms Lab si accinge a cambiare il Consiglio Direttivo: un post-it sulle procedure di rinnovo del Consiglio Direttivo delle associazioni
L’Associazione Centro Studi Funds for Reforms Lab, che ho avuto il piacere di contribuire a fondare nel febbraio 2017, si trova ad affrontare da qui a un mese alcuni cambiamenti importanti dettati dalla necessità di procedere al rinnovo delle cariche. E’ una fase importante, quindi, anche per ripassare alcuni elementi fondamentali per la buona amministrazione di una associazione (non riconosciuta). Il post, quindi, propone un promemoria sui passi da esperire per il rinnovo dei Consigli Direttivi di Associazioni non riconosciute.

Anche per il periodo 2021-2027 il documento strategico di riferimento, in tutti gli Stati membri dell’UE, per programmare gli interventi cofinanziati dai Fondo Strutturali sarà l’Accordo di Partenariato. Agricoltura sociale e nuovi servizi di welfare nelle zone rurali: i finanziamenti del PSR Lazio 2014-2020

This short Note is about the main ‘operations’ of the Rural Development Programme (RDP) of the Lazio Region aimed at supporting non-agricultural activities in rural areas, especially the social ones.

It offers an up-to-date presentation of:
1. main interventions aimed at fostering rural development, with a specific focus on those supporting public services under Measure 7 (Basic services and village renewal in rural areas);
2. other interventions under Measure 6 and Measure 16 of the RDP (in particular, operation 16.9) that could support the set up and development of social and inclusive services in rural areas.

Furthermore, the Note raises some questions about the true nature of the so-called ‘agri-social businesses’ and their business model.
